Homeowner Wins Case Against her Mortgage Lender Citibank

I started writing this blog because I didn't know that I had rights to fight back against the bank and their awful loan modification process, until I learned about Reaching U Network.  Last week I learned that a homeowner, who came to Reaching U Network for help, after going into foreclosure, won their home back.  Reaching U Network was able to put this homeowner in contact with an attorney who could represent her in a foreclosure defense and after a 3 year battle with the banks on Wednesday, June 15th, the banks threw out the case stating serious violations against Citibank, her mortgage lender.   Reaching U Network stood in witness of this court decision proving once again that Reaching U is helping to saves homes.  Press release to be posted soon.
